Happy Birthday Bolton!

Our little town celebrated its 275th anniversary today with an old-timey parade that included a battalion of children carrying balloons representing apples, numerous antique cars, tractors, the high school marching band, organization and neighborhood floats, the usual array of dignitaries and emergency vehicles, an enormous birthday cake, and an awesome 2o+ piece bagpipe band. We’ve seen many parades pass by in our nearly 20 years of living in the village center, none better than this one. The weekend was full of related activities. Congrats and thanks to all who had a hand in the planning and organization. A few highlights follow.
